Historical Imports

Part of our installation process can include importing your historical AFE data from your current accounting system. The import includes AFE details, cost estimates, and cost center and partner details. During the process we generate cost estimate templates for each of your AFE types.

Web Based

No need for users to install any software! Access AFENexus from anywhere in the world using a current version of Internet Explorer (7.0 or greater). Allow remote users access via a secure VPN to your network.

Full Auditability

AFENexus tracks and reports all property changes, workflow transitions, and system generated emails. This allows users to quickly determine what, where, and when changes occurred to an AFE.

Robust AFE Workflow

The AFENexus workflow engine can be used to model most business needs. The workflow can include multiple review and approval states with email alerts that notify the user when an action needs to be taken.

 

Accounting Integration

AFENexus currently integrates with Qbyte and Pandell's own JVNexus. AFENexus imports cost centers, participants, divisions of interest, and actuals. AFE details can also be exported into these accounting packages.

Document Repository

The built-in document repository allows for any type of document (.doc, .pdf, .xls). These documents can be uploaded and attached to your AFE, storing them securely on the server and allowing all users access.

Electronic Signatures

AFENexus allows for approvers actual hand written signatures to be scanned and uploaded into the system. These signatures are automatically displayed on the printable AFEs after the user has approved the AFE.

Paperless AFEs

Gone are the days of paper being passed around the office for review and approval. AFENexus essentially removes the need for paper based copies. Printable copies are still available should you or your partners need them.

AFE Reporting

AFENexus contains the most commonly requested reports, such as estimated exposure, capital expenditure, field estimate variance, workflow history and AFE listing.

Configurable Printable AFE

Multiple versions of the printable are available for distribution. Internal versions display all partners and external versions hide silent partners. Informational only watermarked versions are also available.

AFE Search

Find AFEs based on any of its properties or workflow status. Examples of properties include AFE manager, area, department, fiscal year, and more.

Type Dependent Cost Estimates

Each type of AFE shows only the account and corresponding sub features. They also feature contingency and overhead calculations that are enabled/disabled based on whether the AFE is operated or not.

Capital Budget Integration

AFENexus grants users the ability to create AFEs from ESI.Manage and enables a sufficient funds test to prevent companies from going over their capital budget.

Role Based Security

Administrators have full control to add and subtract users and assign them to pre-determined security and notification roles. Ensuring AFEs go to the right people at the right time.

Familiar Look and Feel

Like GeoNexus, AFENexus was modelled using common elements from Microsoft's Office suite of applications. This results in a shorter learning curve for end users.
